- Christmas Family Baking, Borough Market: Create edible tree ornaments and biscuits with stained glass centres at this 2-hour course. It costs £40 per child and supervising adults go free to help the children bake (adults will not bake themselves on this course). £40pp
- Victorian Christmas Baking, Pavilion Road: Learn the secret to Bread Ahead’s popular spicy ginger cake and create the perfect prune and walnut bread at this half day workshop, which runs for three hours. £90pp
- Ultimate Christmas Baking, Borough Market: Go all out at their full day baking course, where you’ll create a whole host of sweet and savoury treats to take home, including stollen, both classic and frangipane mince pies, a savoury chestnut, sage and onion loaf and a ginger cake, plus some orange and stem ginger amaretti biscuits. Runs for 6½ hours and includes lunch. £180pp
- Scandinavian Baking Workshop: Bring some hygge to your home by creating some Scandinavian-inspired treats at this 3-hour workshop, where you’ll create delicious savoury nut loaves, Nordic sourdough and sticky cinnamon buns under expert guidance. This one runs until March, so you can keep the baked goods coming way past Christmas. £90pp
